This external socket box is designed to work alongside UPS or automatic transfer switch (ATS) systems (especially from Ablerex) to provide multiple outlets for downstream electrical loads. It allows you to expand the number of available IEC sockets (both C13 and C19) for feeding IT equipment such as servers, network gear, or other rack-mounted devices. It includes a built-in switch (and in some variants circuit breakers) to manage or isolate the connected outlets.
