- Pick up in-store: This option allows you to collect your order directly from our store at no additional cost. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange the pickup.
- Nation Wide: This shipping service covers the entire country with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
- Auckland Rural: A special service for the Auckland region with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.
- North Island (outside Auckland) Rural: This service covers rural areas outside of Auckland with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.
- South Island Rural: This service is available for the entire South Island with an estimated delivery time that will be provided during the ordering process.
2. Delivery Time
The delivery times mentioned above are estimates and may vary depending on the specific location and courier operational conditions. We will do our best to process your order as soon as possible.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the method you choose. This cost does not include taxes or other applicable fees.
4. Shipping Responsibility
- Shipping responsibility transfers to the courier once the product is handed over.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters, national holidays, or courier operational issues.
- If there is an issue or damage to the product during shipping, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
5. Returns and Exchange Policy
Information regarding product returns and exchanges can be found on our Returns Policy page. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the error originated from our end.
