Click and Collect is a service that allows you to make a purchase online and then pick up your order directly from our store. This service is designed to provide convenience and flexibility while saving on shipping costs.
How Click and Collect Works
- Shop Online: Add the products you want to your shopping cart as you normally would.
- Choose Shipping Method: At the checkout page, select the “Pick up in-store” or “Click and Collect” option.
- Complete Payment: Finalize your payment online.
- Wait for Notification: Our team will prepare your order. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a notification via email or text message. This notification will include your order details, the pickup location, and our operating hours.
- Pick Up Your Order: Come to our store at the designated time. Please bring your order confirmation (on your mobile device or printed) along with a valid form of identification.
- Done: Show your order confirmation to our staff, and they will hand over your order.
Terms and Conditions
- Orders will be prepared after payment is confirmed.
- The estimated order preparation time will be provided in the notification.
- If you do not pick up your order within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 business days), the order may be returned to stock, and a return or restocking fee may apply, in accordance with Clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions of Trade.
- If there is an issue with your order at the time of pickup, please notify our staff immediately.
