Description
This is a tower-style (vertical form-factor) UPS (uninterruptible power supply) with line-interactive topology, equipped with internal sealed lead-acid batteries rated 12 V/9 Ah each (two in series) to provide backup power during mains outages. The unit is intended for small business/office IT equipment, network gear, servers, etc, where you need moderate backup time and protection against voltage fluctuations and power loss.

Topology: Line-interactive — meaning the UPS regulates voltage (through AVR) during normal mains conditions and switches to battery during outages.

Rated capacity example: 2000 VA / 1200 W (for GR2000 model).

Input voltage range: approx 160 V AC to 290 V AC (for 220/230 V nominal models) so it accepts poor mains conditions before switching to battery.

Transfer time: ~2 ms to ~6 ms typical when switching to battery.

Batteries: 2 × 12 V/9 Ah (for the 2000VA model) internal sealed lead-acid.

Backup time: For moderate load the battery bank gives 5-30 minutes depending on load and model.

Display/monitoring: Some LCD/LED display showing input status, battery level, load level etc.

Additional features: Cold-start (able to power equipment from battery when mains is off), full protection (overload, short-circuit, discharge, overcharge).
