Description
Hioki LCR Meters and Impedance Analyzers range from 1 mHz to 3 GHz devices to suit a wide range of applications in the testing of electronic components. The IM9100 is a 4-wire direct connection test fixture that supports testing of components in various sizes that are designed with electrodes on the bottom.
